The lack of a gutter as well as no sealant or staining sped up the rotting of this deck in Stillwater. The goal was to repair the rotting boards replace the well cover, and add support where needed.
The project required the addition of a gutter, downspout, and below deck drainage. Additionally replaced deck boards, a new removable cover for the well, railing boards, and new spindles.
