Located in South St. Paul, this demo was planned for four days, and took two. Included in the demolition was removing all the walls, ceilings, and floor.
Demolition was completed ahead of schedule with a clean jobsite ready for inspection.
Once completed additional assistance was needed to support the main beam which had been twisting for years. So Amend installed new steel along the beam as per the GC’s spec, as well as dug and poured a new concrete footing to ensure the stability of the house.
